How to reset oil life: Chevrolet Malibu 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012.

This video will show you step by step instructions on how to reset your oil life indicator on a Chevrolet Malibu 2008-2012.

Instructions:

1-Turn the ignition to run (second position)
2-Press the INFO button to scroll until the Oil Life displays
3-Press the INFO and RESET (arrow) buttons on the steering wheel at the same time to display OIL LIFE RESET
4-Press and hold the ENTER (arrow) button until the cluster shows ACKNOWLEDGED
5-Turn the ignition to OFF and then turn to run again to verify the ”Oil Life” has been reset to 100%
