How to replace the cabin air filter: Subaru XV Crosstrek 2013, 2014, 2015

This video will show you step by step instructions on how to replace the cabin air filter on a Subaru XV Crosstrek 2013-2015.

Instructions:

1-Open the glove box.
The glove box is held up by two stoppers with one on each side of the glove box.
2-Push both sides inward and lower the glove box
3- Gently push on the glove box retaining arm to unclip it.
4-Carefully lower the glove box down towards the floor.
5-Pinch together the two fasteners on each side of the cover and pull it straight off.
6-Slide the old cabin air filter out.
7-Slide the new cabin air filter back in.
8-Push it back into place until both of the fasteners make a “click” sound.
9-Push the retaining arm back into place.
10-Close the glove box
